Approximately 4,300 sq m at AMS CityDocks in Amsterdam has been leased to AeronautX on a long-term basis.
AeronautX will transform the space into a state-of-the-art pilot training facility, equipped with advanced flight simulators — a distinctive addition to the tenant mix and a great example of the versatility of the building.
For AeronautX, the quality of the building and its strategic location were decisive. AMS CityDocks combines a prime position in the Amsterdam region with a fully all-electric, BREEAM-NL Excellent certified building — ready for the future, and clearly ready for aviation too.
This transaction was realised through the joint efforts of Colliers and CBRE, acting in close cooperation. Our thanks also go out to SADC and Amsterdam Trade & Invest (Municipality of Amsterdam), whose involvement contributed to bringing this lease to a successful close.
