AMS CityDocks has reached a new sustainability milestone with the installation of a 4.5 MWp solar PV system in Amsterdam Osdorp — marking another important step in redefining sustainable city distribution in the Amsterdam region.
The solar PV system will go live in early October and has an impressive total capacity of 4.5 MWp, generated by approximately 7,014 solar panels installed across the roof. This clean energy production will directly benefit our tenants: by leasing the rooftop installation, they gain access to lower-cost green electricity for their own consumption, further reducing both costs and their carbon footprint.
This achievement has been made possible thanks to the expertise and dedication of our partners: Zoncoalitie (advisory), Generation Green (EPC contractor) and Unibouw.
