IWG leases in office building The Mark in Rotterdam
Rotterdam – workplace provider IWG plc. is renting office space for its label Regus c. 2,200 sq.m. as well as 46 parking spaces in building The Mark, located at Rotterdam Brainpark III.
The Mark is a multi-tenant office building of 23,000 sq.m. located directly at the A16 motorway and within walking distance to the Kralingse Zoom metro station. In addition to the high-quality appearance and good accessibility, the building is characterized by its full-service concept. The latter will be further expanded and optimized with the arrival of Regus, where the business centre and existing hospitality concept, such as coffee bar/lounge and restaurant facility, will play an important role.
The Mark is home to leading companies such as Maersk, Eversheds Sutherland, Refresco, Baker Tilly Berk and Nielsen. Currently there is still 2,700 sq.m. office space available for letting, divided over the 1st and penthouse floors of the building.
