THE HAGUE, 21 January 2019 – The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) has signed a new long-term lease agreement with Double U Building B.V. for the lease of approximately 21,250 sqm of office space and 220 parking spaces in the ‘Double U’ office building at Henri Faasdreef / Klaas Voskuildreef in Leidschenveen in The Hague.
Double U is situated on the main road Zoetermeerse Rijweg, with an excellent connection to the A4 and A12 motorway and almost directly to the Leidschenveen RandstadRail, tram and bus station, only a few minutes from the center of The Hague and with direct connections to Rotterdam and Zoetermeer.
There are also many facilities nearby such as a shopping center and various sports facilities.
The complex, designed by the Architekten Cie, was completed in 2008 and has an energy label A. The total comprises more than 30,870 sqm of office consisting of two U-shaped components A and B, which are connected by large glass walkways over all office layers. The owner intends to restyle part of the ground floor, where hospitality and multi-tenant use will play an important role. The partially vacant building component A of approximately 7,680 sqm is available for one or more occupiers and is currently offered for rent via Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
