CityLink has recently purchased the modern distribution centre, located at Heldringstraat 39 on business park ‘Kapelpolder’ in Maassluis, from an owner-user.
The distribution centre consists of approximately 6,000 m² warehouse, approximately 600 m² mezzanine, approximately 575 m² office space and ample parking on site. The complex is equipped with 8 loading docks, a free height of approximately 10 metres and a floor load of 5,000 kg/m². The complex is available for rent. JLL & De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting are responsible for letting on behalf of CityLink.
