The construction work for AMS CityDocks is in progress. The foundation was recently placed by our contractor Unibouw, and the construction of the steel structure has started. The completion of AMS CityDocks is scheduled for July 2025.
AMS CityDocks will be an impressive 37,000 sqm multi-tenant logistics building. There is still approximately 18,000 sqm of warehouse available for lease, rentable in city hubs from 2,300 sqm. Perfect for companies in need of flexible and scalable logistics space.
