The last six months we have acquired 39 last-mile/light industrial properties, together with our partner HighBrook (US investment manager), for our CityLink portfolio.
Our aim for this year is to at least double this portfolio. We are therefore looking for properties that meet the following criteria:
PROFILE
- Light Industrial / Last Mile / Distribution Centers
- From 3,000 sqm l.f.a. (Preferably larger with the possibility to create units)
- Within a radius of ±20 km around the major cities in the following provinces:
Flevoland
South Holland
Utrecht
Brabant
Gelderland
- Good accessibility (by car)
- Sufficient outdoor area (including parking for employees)
- Vacant, (partially) leased, or building land with an area of 1.2 ha or more.
PROCESS
- Offer within a few days
- No reservation financing
- 2-4 weeks due diligence
- Signing Purchase Agreement and transfer of ownership one week after completion due diligence
