Proptimize and Built to Build announce today the construction of A16 Cargo Center, a new distribution center along the A16 at Distripark Dordrecht. The complex will be completed in March 2022.
A16 Cargo Center comprises a distribution center with a total area of over 31,200 m², divided into 29,500 m² warehouse and 1,500 m² office space with 187 parking spaces. The complex will be divided into two sections of equal size. A16 Cargo Center was designed to the highest building standards by DENC Architects and is being built by Remmers Bouwgroep in accordance with the BREEAM methodology.

A16 Cargo Center is located directly on the A16 (Rotterdam-Breda-Antwerp) with connection to the A15 (Maasvlakte-Nijmegen-Ruhr area) and offers an excellent base for both the Randstad and West Brabant. The logistics park is – through its own connection to the A16, as well as through the provincial roads N3 and N217 – easily accessible. The proximity of the Dordrecht Inland Seaport, the seaports of Rotterdam, Moerdijk and Antwerp and the Alblasserdam Inland Terminal guarantee good accessibility and quick access by road and water.
