Driven by E-commerce, Pharma and Brexit, YunExpress, Rutges Cargo Europe, RIF Europe and Crane World Wide Logistics have together signed 19,000 sqm long-term leases for AMS Cargo Center II during the last three months. This means that the second phase of 32,000 sqm has been fully let.
AMS Cargo Center is part of Schiphol Logistics Park and concerns a total development of 70,000 sqm on a 120,000 sqm plot.
Proptimize and Built to Build sold the complex previously to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH.
