Furthermore, the team will focus on developing new projects in joint venture cooperation. Experienced professional strengthens team
Sam Verstraten joins as a partner and will lead operations in Germany. He has over ten years of experience in the logistics and industrial real estate market, with roles at various international real estate companies. For the past three years, he has served as Investment Manager Logistics at Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH in Frankfurt. In addition to his work experience in Germany, he completed the Immobilienökonom course at the renowned IREBS.
