Proptimize has purchased the national monument De Gruyterhuys in the heart of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. The company will use it as its head office later this year.
Our goal is to bring the quality of the building and its facilities to a high level, which does justice to the needs of our tenants and to the iconic appearance and rich history of the building’, promises Proptimize.
The former city villa of 1,230 m2 is located at Julianaplein and has been registered as a national monument since May 2001. The villa was designed in 1910 by architect W.G. Welsing, commissioned by the Bossche entrepreneur J. de Gruyter, entirely in English country house style. RSP Makelaars brokered the purchase. Seller was Bossche Monumentenzorg.
