Venray – De Klok Logistics recently leased 12,000 sqm of warehouse space at Energieweg 19 on the Smakterheide industrial estate in Venray.
De Klok Logistics has been a prominent logistics service provider in the Nijmegen and Venray region for 65 years, and today has around 65,000 sqm warehouse space in use, centred on Nijmegen and Venray.
As asset manager, Proptimize represented the lessor, a private investor.
