The A16 Cargo Center distribution center in Dordrecht has been sold by Proptimize and Built to Build to GLP and leased on a long-term basis to online supermarket Picnic. With the handover, Picnic takes the entire distribution center into use.
A16 Cargo Center, located at business park DistriPark Dordrecht, has a BREEAM Excellent certification and consists of a total of 32,000 sqm warehouse in combination with 187 parking spaces located on site.

A16 Cargo Center is located directly on the A16 motorway in the logistics business park DistriPark Dordrecht and also has excellent connections to the A15 motorway, provincial roads N3 and N217 and is close to the Dordrecht Inland Seaport, the seaports of Rotterdam, Moerdijk and Antwerp and the Alblasserdam Inland Terminal.
A16 Cargo Center was designed according to the highest building standards by DENC Architects and built by Remmers Bouwgroep.
Proptimize and Built to Build were advised in the sale by De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting (commercial) and Taylor Wessing (legal). Buyer GLP was advised by Bridgegap (commercial) and DLA Piper (legal).
