Per the 1st of January Fleur Klunder has joined Proptimize as a Senior Asset & Development Manager. In this role, Fleur will focus on ‘new business’ and the execution of the the increasing number of Asset Management mandates. Fleur will also contribute her commercial knowledge and network to Proptimize’s logistics and last-mile developments.
Fleur is an experienced real estate professional and started her career in 2008 as a nationally oriented valuer at Cushman & Wakefield (then DTZ Zadelhoff) and continued her career at CBRE Amsterdam and Rotterdam, in her last capacity as Associate Director.
Proptimize offers its investors/partners a ‘full service’ asset management platform, with knowledge and network mainly in the field of offices and logistics. In addition, Proptimize is active as a developer in the field of logistics and last-mile.
Proptimize has offices in Vught and Amsterdam.
