Proptimize is pleased to announce that Hanjin Global Logistics has signed a long-term lease agreement for 4,170 m² of warehouse space, including dedicated parking facilities, at AMS CityDocks in Amsterdam. The South Korean logistics provider started its operations at the location in early November.
The leased space fits seamlessly with Hanjin’s vision for modern and sustainable distribution. The warehouse is fully electric and designed with a high-capacity power infrastructure that supports advanced material-handling equipment, extensive EV charging for both vans and trucks, and future scalability as Hanjin’s operations grow. This enables efficient, low-emission logistics processes while maintaining the flexibility needed for fast-moving European distribution of Korean cosmetic products.
Founded in 1945, Hanjin Global Logistics is a global logistics provider specializing in international transportation, third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, warehousing, and express delivery. With a strong focus on e-commerce and international express services, the company operates worldwide through an extensive network of affiliates.
There are still some warehouse units available for rent, please visit www.citydocks.com for more information.
AMS CityDocks is a development of Proptimize and Built to Build and was recently sold to CBRE Investment Management. CBRE concluded the lease on behalf of the Landlord.
