HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased the business complex located at Nieuw-Zeelandweg 3 in Amsterdam from Schot Verticaal Transport B.V. on behalf of the CityLink portfolio.
The complex was built in 2008 and is located in the Westelijk Havengebied(Western port). The plot of approx. 10,957 sqm has a detached commercial building with a constructed area of approx. 380 sqm on it. The constructed area consists of a business premises of approx. 260 sqm and an office area of approx. 240 sqm (divided over the ground floor and a first floor). There is also a roofed area with approx. 1,540 sqm and a storage area of approx. 7,000 sqm.
Schot Verticaal Transport B.V. will be tenant of the entire property after this transaction.
