HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased a logistics business complex at Ringdijk 366 in Ridderkerk from Meer Retail, on behalf of the CityLink portfolio.
The logistics complex is located on the northern part of Donkersloot business park and consists of approx. 3,069 sqm warehouse/storage space and approx. 687 sqm office space divided over the ground and second floor. In addition there are 33 parking spaces in the front area and approx. 214 sqm of outside space at the backside.
The complex has been fully and long term leased to MSX, a carrier of express shipments, and Picnic, a Dutch online supermarket.
The transaction took place off market and is structured as a partial sale and lease back transaction.
