Private equity real estate investor HighBrook Investors has purchased a 10,400 m² logistics distribution centre at Meerlandenweg 40 in Amstelveen together with Proptimize from a private investor for the CityLink portfolio.
The distribution centre is divided into approx. 10,000 m² warehouse space and approx. 400 m² office space on a plot of 17,500 m². It has been leased to online flower shop Bloomon for a long period of time.
1530 Real Estate, in cooperation with Loyens & Loeff, HighBrook Investors and Proptimize, advised on the purchase. The seller, a private investor, was advised by Van Luling BOG.
