Vught, 25 March 2019 – Martijn van Rosmalen joined Proptimize as a partner and is responsible for further expansion of the Asset Management & Advisory activities.
Martijn is an experienced real estate professional with an extensive network. After completing a Master of Science in Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University, he worked as a (Senior) Consultant at DTZ Zadelhoff (now C&W), CBRE and continued his career as Senior Asset Manager for private investors, private equity and institutional parties, including CBRE Global Investors. He was recently responsible for among others WTC Schiphol and WTC Utrecht.
Proptimize has a proven trackrecord in both offices and logistics and has its own development department. Proptimize has offices in Vught and Amsterdam.
