Per the 1st of March Proptimize expands its Asset Management team with the arrival of Jaw-Yang Li.
As Asset Manager Jaw-Yang will be responsible for further optimization of the existing portfolio, as well as the analysis and acquisition of new investments. Before joining Proptimize he worked for 4 years at EY as a Senior Consultant. Jaw-Yang was educated at University of Delft.
Proptimize offers its investors/partners a “full service” Asset Management platform, with knowledge and network in the field of offices and logistics. In addition, Proptimize is active as a developer in the field of logistics and last-mile.
Proptimize has offices in Vught and Amsterdam.
